Return Policy


At NAVURÉ Essentials, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I return my order?


If you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, you may do so, provided the item meets our return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return your product:

  1. Contact us at info@navure-essentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval from our customer service department before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  3. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  4. Once approved, ship the package to our provided return address and share the tracking number with us.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund refund within 5 business days your original payment method.

Pleas note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items:


We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, opened or worn items (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Hygienically sensitive items (e.g. earrings).
  • Sale or discounted items.


Damaged or Incorrect products.


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please take within 14 days contact us with clear pictures of the issue.

For faulty items reported within 30 days:

  • You will receive a free replacement.
  •  We will cover all costs associated with the replacement.


Order Cancellations.


Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  •  Our system processes orders immediately to ensure prompt shipment.

 

Incorrect Products Received


Mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no additional charge.
